Privacy Policy — OHW-Daily
Last updated: July 24, 2026
Summary
OHW-Daily is a private internal tool. It has no public users. It works with financial data from QuickBooks Online company files owned by Wanderlust Investments Inc. and its affiliated entities, and stores that data on computers we control. We do not sell, share, or transmit that data to any third party.
1. What the Software accesses
With authorization granted through Intuit’s OAuth 2.0 flow, the Software reads from QuickBooks Online:
- Profit and Loss report data
- Balance Sheet report data
- Statement of Cash Flows report data
- Company name and identifier, to confirm the correct company is connected
It uses the com.intuit.quickbooks.accounting scope only. It does not access payroll, payments, or customer payment instruments.
2. What the Software writes
The Software records journal entries prepared from our own point-of-sale closeout data, and may attach the source closeout file to the entry it creates. Entries are prepared automatically and posted only at the direction of an authorized user after review. The Software does not modify or delete records it did not create.
3. How data is stored
Retrieved data is written to local storage on computers controlled by Wanderlust Investments Inc. OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored locally in a restricted-permission file and are never transmitted anywhere other than to Intuit for token refresh.
4. Who has access
Authorized personnel of Wanderlust Investments Inc. only. The Software has no user accounts, no hosted service, and no administrative access by any outside party.
5. Sharing
We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose QuickBooks data obtained through the Software to any third party. No analytics, advertising, or tracking services are used.
6. Retention
Source records and the data derived from them are retained as accounting records for as long as required by our obligations as a licensed business in Washington State and by applicable tax law, and are deleted when no longer required.
7. Security
Data in transit uses TLS. Credentials and tokens are stored locally with restricted file permissions and are excluded from version control and from backups that leave our control.
8. Disconnecting
Access can be revoked at any time from within QuickBooks Online, under Settings → Apps → Manage, or by removing the connection from our Intuit developer account. Revocation immediately ends the Software’s ability to access data.
9. Children
The Software is a business accounting tool. It is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
10. Changes
Material changes to this policy will be reflected here with an updated date.
